Craig Lindsay, CFA
Position: President, CEO and Director

Mr. Lindsay has in excess of 16 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking and business development in both North America and Asia. Most recently, he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Lindsay was a founding Director of Malasapina Capital Ltd., a junior capital pool company, and was responsible for indentifying its merger with Miranda Mining Corp (subsequently acquired by Wheaton River Minerals). Mr. Lindsay has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC (1989), a Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University (1993) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mitch Bernardi, M.Sc Geology
Position: Chief Geologist

Mr. Bernardi has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, with a successful track record of mineral discoveries. Mr. Bernardi's uranium experience is extensive and includes his role as the Principal Investigator of three 2 degree quadrangle studies for the U.S. Department of Energy's National Uranium Resource Evaluation Program. Mr. Bernardi has also been employed by Amoco Minerals, Cyprus Metals Exploration and Echo Bay Mines.

Patrick Downey, P.Eng
Position: Director

Mr. Downey brings over 25 years experience in the natural resource sector with extensive development and operations experience throughout the world, with a focus on South America. Currently he is President and CEO of TSX -- listed Aura Gold Inc. Most recently he served as President and CEO for Viceroy Exploration Ltd. prior to its acquisition by Yamana Gold. He was also President of Oliver Gold Ltd. where he successfully negotiated the merger to form Canico Ltd., which acquired the Onca Puma Nickel project in Brazil and was recently purchased by CVRD and is now in development.

Dr. John Carden, PhD, P. Geo
Position: Director and Senior Geologist

Dr. Carden has more than 25 years experience in exploration and exploration management with a track record of ore-body discoveries. Dr. Carden has 6 years experience with the Frontier Uranium Group of Exxon Minerals Company, conducting hard rock uranium exploration in Alaska, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico and Idaho. Other uranium experience includes supervising a project in Alaska for the U.S. Department of Energy's National Uranium Resource Evaluation Program.

Mr. Schneider is the President of Corex Gold Corp., a publicly-traded gold exploration company with active operations in Zacatecas, Mexico. Mr. Schneider has in excess of 10 years experience managing, developing and financing junior exploration companies.
