Baba, the 90 day timeframe was after the first CRL to do the in vitro testing showing the equivalence of the Gen2 inhaler. This lab test avoided the need to recruit patients and so seemed quick and easy. It was untimately deemed insufficient and therefore the 2nd CRL and the need for a full blown study with all of the recruitment issues.
