I agree with your convictions regarding the product; I, too, am less than impressed with management. I am a CFO for a couple of regional entities (albeit, privately-held) and am less than impressed with Matt's presentation abilities. I hate to throw anyone under the bus but can't they find better talent than that? As much as I admire Al, his dominance in management and overall governance may make it hard to attract the best financial talent (kind of like Jerry Jones and head coaches, LOL). My issue with today was the continued wishy washy approach to financing that we have heard ad nauseum for years; the asset based approach was sort of brought out but then Matt was alluding to some sort of "minor" dilution, which sounds like more convertible debt. IDK, but come on guys, lets git-er-done!
