Rights offering. Why can't MNKD do this?

Last time, the CFO said there was a lack of time, complicated, etc, etc.

Now there is plenty of time to do it. Why don't they just ask around and see if there is enough interests?

How about we do a straw vote and see how much interests are there for a rights offering issue?

I would buy more. I would rather sell my other holdings to buy more shares of MNKD at a discount to the current price.

Anybody else?
