I can only reference being on the buy side as I have not yet tried to sell any. From a buyer's perspective, liquidity is virtually non-existent and the market appears highly nefficient. I contacted etrade to find out why a few thousand shares traded below my buy price and the answer was that the gray market where these trade is inefficient. One should take this into account if considering acquiring these securities.
