Imagine my chagrin when my middle child informed me they were going to law school.....

One can make a weak argument these lawyers create a buffer between greedy corporate raiders and the poor uninformed gullible public investors. But then you would have to analyze what motivates the class action suits- greed. One guy walks into the office of a class action lawyer and all of a sudden there must be thousands of investors who feel the way he does. C'mon.

I was glad to see the D&O insurance paid off the bulk of the settlement. I will wait with baited breath for my $9.52. The lawyers are the only party to make out in these deals.
