Again, I am always trying to look at worst case dilution.As far as Al converting debt to equity, his debt obligations are not convertible and there are no covenants, so I don't see how he could convert before the stated maturity.

The last three scenarios, at the bottom of my post, included raising money to cover Al's debt.Those three scenarios include dilution from Al's debt.
