Ok, so here's where I'm confused. I usually have a hard time selling. Can I ask some of you your plan to sell or ride it all the way thru? I know some have expressed taking some off the table in the 6 range. That seems reasonable to me, and get most of initial risk out. I'm confused of OOG model which shows mega pps, and Bobs more conservative pps. Why the big difference? What about 5-10 years out post approval. Either way, this has been exciting thus far.
