I would love to be privy to the small print on the RSU's. It fills my head with wonder that Matthew Pfeffer after financing schemes as sleazy as Seaside88 and as "minimally dilutive" as a 40% dilution could meet milestones that might pay him $4,000,000 ($20/share conservatively).
Mind boggling.
