I don't think it's an agree/disagree thing. No right answer, only what you choose. Look, if I had someone that could go back and put things together and submit the claim, I might do it sometimes, but it's a pain. And I sold all my shares before the second CRL letter and replaced them with long options - saved me some money, at the risk of losing about $3 worth of appreciation (which, obviously, never came), so I doubt I would have qualified anyway.
