Maudore Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: MAO) owns 100% of the Comtois Gold Project and is focused on developing this resource.

Location - Quebec
Quebec is a mineral-rich, mining-friendly, politically and economically stable environment. The province rebates in cash almost 50% of mining exploration expenditures, providing Maudore with extremely cost-effective work programs.

Project Resource to Date
The high-grade Comtois has a NI 43-101 compliant resource report (2002) estimating 524,000 ounces (inferred - uncut) - 808,000 tons at a grade of 20.2 grams per ton.

Potential Resource
The current resource encompasses only mineralization to 200 meters depth. Recent deeper holes have successfully intersected high grade at depths of about 500, 700 and 900 meters, considerably below the 200 meter cutoff on the resource. In addition, other holes to the west have potential to increase the strike length and number of ounces by a considerable margin. A revised geological model has been confirmed by successful drilling of high grade intercepts in the area between current resource blocks, indicating the potential for a semi-continous span of gold mineralization over a two kilometer strike length. Furthermore, there is good potential for volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) gold mineralization occurrences on the property. This region of Quebec has prolific VMS mine occurrences.

Share Structure
Maudore has approximately 24 million shares fully diluted, with 75% held by insiders and institutions. There are no warrants outstanding.

Financial Position
Maudore has over $10 million cash, more than sufficient to last well into 2011.

Current Work Programs
Maudore is aggressively exploring the Comtois Project area. Three drilling rigs are currently active, a fourth will be when the ground freezes in December or January. One rig is currently drilling beside and below the resource for expansion potential. A second is conducting a short drill-exploration program on VMS targets located up to 95km west of the main project area before returning to Comtois. Maudore is currently arranging for a third and fourth drilling rig to double exploration efforts.
