Many people have asked me, if the story on FNC is so great why are the insiders selling? Well people, let me tell you, Peter Smith runs a tight ship. He doesn't believe in diluting his shareholders stake in the company so this is what he has done. The insiders are selling off a whack of their shares to take down the 1.5 million options that were granted to a few insiders, the price is at $1.90. This is a way for the company to raise $3 million and not suffer a whole whack of dilution. Pretty damn smart if you ask me.

After seeing how BMK stiffed their shareholders with that $.40 flow through PP, its pretty refreshing to see a Pres of a company take care of his shareholders.
