I think that this may be too far-fetched and way too potentially damaging for NOT. 

There are already a lot of naysayers out there who have said that there is no size to the deposit - the last thing NOT needs is to try and confirm this. They need to expand the size and potential of the area play.

BTW, I know that PRB has not heard anything more from NOT since RIchard called trying to buy their interests at the very start of this; also PRB has been very busy presenting to  institutional investors who invited them in! 

If NOT is going to JV with anyone, I think that it will be with some of the companies that they have existing ties with - Probe is very independent of them; doesn't need their money and has their own exploration program planned.
