Nemis from NOT has already contacted Smith from FNC to do a JV, several times. It is my understanding Smith told him no thanks. Smith wants to wait for the results from the new EM surveys, then do a closer EM survey from the ground, when the ground is frozen. Once he gets sweetest possible spots to drill figured out, he plans on drilling. Until then, I doubt FNC could care less what NOT does.

I will repeat this to who ever wants to listen. Smith feels the chances of FNC having the motherlode part of the orebody is likely. In fact, he feels at least 2/3 rds of the orebody is on FNC property. At some point FNC's share price will be worth much more than NOT's, just on spec alone. Just wait until some core samples from FNC are in the lab. JMHO
