Al I am really not trying to fight with you so much as to and keep the information shared on this forum balanced. I said and corrected in the event I was not clear the first time, stock MANIPULATION is illegal. As far as showing on a minute to minute basis the shorts, this information is available if you are a big enough investor or pay for the service. I trade on a TDWaterhouse and my account allows me to short sell. If I were to short sell it is a requirement for me to declare a short sell. For my own ethical reasons and maybe because the concept scares me a bit, I do not short sell. I will apologise for using the term, true colors. This was likely miss used on my part.
