"I do not see how anyone can think the stock is not being manipulated to accumulate shares."

 I suppose a person could say all stocks on the TSX-v exchange are manipulated in one form or another. It's just the nature of the exchange, sort of like the wild west....not as many rules as most of us would like.

However, I honestly don't see where NOT is being overly manipulated. The stock went to over $7 a share on hype and an endless promo machine, at that point it had a market cap of over $750 million. A stock without proven tonnage is just not worth that kind of market cap. NOT, simply needs a 43-101  to be given this type of market cap or hit another pod of rich ore like the first one. A market cap of around $500 million is often given to mining stocks at NOT's stage of developement and this is where we sit currently.
