I understand the legal term qualified person.  However, doing the calculations a qualified person will do based upon drilling to date it is a "good guess" the tonaage is 7-10 million.  Also, I do not think Michael White would say 7,000,000 tons if that is not a number the mgt at NOT thinks is a minimum.  I believe Nemis and Novak are more "qualified" to estimate tonnage than a legally "qualified" person.

If that number is not in the ball park then Nemis, Novaks, and White are liars.  I, for one, believe they are true and honorable men.
