It is really interesting that Fancamp has 27.46m shares outstanding and they will receive 27.46m shares of Magpie Inc.

This is so tidy its smug. The potential ethical issues here are unbelievable... It is a total conflict of interest for Peter Smith to reside on the BOD of Magpie Mines and see this deal through... It's time for Peter Smith to start acting like the CEO of a public company and answer to his shareholders because both sides of this face look ugly
