Just to be certain: 

There seems to exist a possibility that a Magpie BOD member (such as Peter Smith), with a good relationship to the CEO of a public company like Fancamp (like Peter Smith), could recommend that Fancamp consider sale of Fancamp's Magpie shares to a third party (for example Peter Smith) before Magpie goes from private to public.

Not to worry however, this is easily settled in one year or so  if Fancamp still possesses 27.46m shares of Magpie Mines Inc. when Magpie Mines Inc. actually goes public.
