Why go to all this trouble if nothing changes? Why transfer ownership to a private company and not state who owns the said private company? How many shares will this new company have? You see no transparency. If the McFaulds Lake property was transferred to a private company, would we shrug our shoulders and say ohh well?

I agree if the Magpie property is only a worthless $15,000 property who cares. But then NOT's Double Eagle claim was a worthless piece of moose pasture at one time.
