Ms Martin is a chartered accountant with 17 years of experience in several public corporations. She holds a bachelor degree in accounting from HEC Montreal (1988). From 1988 to 2004 she has held several positions in the accounting field and in the operational aspects of several companies including Price Waterhouse, Domtar Inc., Unisource Canada, Inc. and Molson Canada .
Since 2004, she has supported the financial reporting of several public companies in the mineral exploration business. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Melkior Resources Inc, Hinterland Metals Inc, Midland Exploration Inc and Strateco Resources Inc.
Norman Farrell , B.Sc. COM
Director
Founder and first president of Melkior Resources Inc, then Messeguay Mines Inc, from 1987 to 1993 he sat on the board of numerous junior mining companies both as director and officer.
From 1993 he was president of Forexport Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Le Groupe Forex Inc, a public company and one of Canada`s leading Oriented Strand Board(OSB) manufacturer, taken over in 1999 by the multinational forest industry company Louisiana Pacific Corp. Since 2001 he has been active in consulting works mainly in the forest industry.
Alan Lee Barker, M.Sc.(Applied), P.Eng., P.Geol.

Mr. Barker has held senior management positions in several junior and major mining companies, where he was involved in the discovery and development of a number of base metal, precious metal, and industrial mineral deposits. With over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Barker has generated and managed exploration, evaluation, and development programs for various commodities in North and South America, Africa, Australia, and the former Soviet Union.
Alan Lee Barker is president and CEO of Sparton Resources. Since 1991, Mr. Barker has been closely involved in the exploration, discovery, evaluation, and development programs of several significant diamond deposits in Canada's Northwest Territories, South Africa, Angola, and parts of South America. He supervised the initial exploration program on the Diavik Project near Lac de Gras in the Northwest Territories which led to the discovery of over fifty kimberlite bodies.
Nathalie Hansen, B.Sc
Director
Nathalie Hansen graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation she worked in the power electronics industry for Lucent Technologies Power Systems and Tyco Electronics Power Systems in Dallas, Texas designing power supplies for the OEM market. In 2005 she returned to Canada and has been actively involved in mining exploration. She has conducted geophysical surveys in Ontario, Quebec, Labrador and Nunavut. Currently Nathalie is a consultant to various mineral exploration companies including project management for Melkior where she organizes exploration projects, data processing, claim staking and claim management. Ms Hansen is also a director of Big Red Diamond Corp.
Daniel Wolfus, B.A. Economics

Daniel Wolfus has over 40 years of banking and business experience. From 1980 – 1997, Mr. Wolfus was the Chairman and CEO of Hancock Savings Bank in Los Angeles. From 1969 - 1982, Mr. Wolfus was an investment banker with E.F. Hutton & Co. He became a partner and Senior Vice President in charge of the West Coast Corporate Finance Department. During his tenure at E.F. Hutton, he was responsible for projects which generated over $6 billion in financing for major financial institutions and municipalities. Mr. Wolfus is currently a director of Evolving Gold Corp., Midway Gold Corp. and MD Cowan and Co., an oil drilling equipment manufacturer.
