Stock has had more volume and an advancing share price(up to .24 as a high so far today). Is the MC/TME JV near the hit area? Don't know but there seems to be a corresponding interest in MC since the WSR announcement. I know Rob Cudney is involved with both companies....he is on the board of MC and is at least a significant investor over at WSR.
