IF trading were to resume, I don't think a reverse split would be in order. I believe that if all we have been privy to is true and things are still going as planned, the price today is irrelevant and would see a quick and sharp rise when trading resumed. For a stock to be suspended and not only come back but come back on a better exchange, I think would speak volumes. As such, we would see a new slew of investors, including those who would only take a sniff at fully reporting companies.

With that said, I am not sure that I am sold on them trading again. No one here knows what's going on behind the scenes- good, bad or ugly. However, things seem to be taking painfully longer than anticipated and while I understand that some things are out of their control, I just feel like this may be a lost cause (pure gut feel). The only thing that keeps me thinking otherwise is that they still answer their phones and show feint signs of life (they continue to maintain their Facebook page and 'Likes' have increased- but what else do we know?).

I felt that the 'Quiet Period' would have been over in late October at the latest and here we are approaching December and there is still loads of 'quiet.' I wake up almost everyday with the hopes that 'today will be the day' that a PR is issued and it just hasn't happened.

Also, if this headset is in production- where is the marketing? The holidays are rapidly approaching and the only headset being marketed on the MTEK website is Emotivs. Something doesn't seem right to me with this scenario.

In sum, I feel that I more than likely blew a lot of money with this investment (I have been here a few years, so I do consider this an investment)- more than I should have plunked down on any company, let alone a startup. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt for a long time now and there's nothing I can do but ride it out. It's been a rough time for all of us...
