Yes I have called them- how else would I know they are answering the phone? I have had several different conversations with Jeff about different things. I don't recall everything I have asked him, but I can assure you that I have not been privy to anything that anyone else here hasn't been.

As for the Facebook page, if they're not the ones maintaining it then someone has way too much time on their hands. I am all for conspiracy theories, but I am going to go out on a limb here and assume they are maintaining their own page.
