I finally got a response from Brent on merger.i will make it short- $490,000 to be div. to MTEK shareholders as a special dividend(when?=soon) don't hold your breath. VOIS shares will be div. to MTEK shareholders, how many? Don't know. And last thing stated was PR coming out( try and guess?...... ....... ) that's right SOON! I am so tired of reading that word from him.its sucks to start reading negativity on this board thought I was the only one. GLTL.
