First of all, 'soon' means nothing at this point. We have heard that many times and for many different reasons.

But let's imagine that 'soon' is actually SOON! Okay, I am assuming this 'dividend' will be in the form of shares of VOIS and we have been told that it will be proportionate to the amount of shares each of us has. Let's not forget that Brent, Jeff, etc. are also shareholders. I don't know how many 'big' shareholders there are, but it seems like this 'dividend' will just be a 'consolation prize'- which may actually be worth something if they can put together some meaningful PRs and turn out a (drumroll please...)- PRODUCT!

Although I still don't get how/ why we are keeping our stale shares of MTEK, nor do I get how this merger is actually going down. I mean...if we merged, why did VOIS 'acquire' the MTEK licensing rights?

I feel as if there as many questions as ever and I am not exactly holding my breath. But thanks, for letting us know Brent responded...
