I'm in it for the long haul. But i would sure hate for this possible scenario:

NR with numbers say 1,000,000 brls in reserves. Our SP spikes a little,

On comes Mr.wong or other to buy out at what we think is a premium SP say 1.50-2.00. after all this abuse we've taken in the last 6 mnths we're out, sell our shares. Then the rub! upon further analysis we determine 100,000,000 in reserves ooops. Honest mistake there's been no secrecy in the past!!!!!!! to make us suspect.

Given the nature of O&G, estimates can change.

This is a far fetched scenario I know, but it wouldn't be the first swindle.
