I believe that the post (by kyle) was referring to people who come on the board and say "tell me why I should invest in MEO." Or they don't read the MEO NR's or the previous posts and attempt to cover ground that has been already well discussed on the forum. I believe that genuine questions from participating members are always welcome here.

IMO, the purpose of the Board leaders' posts regarding board rules, responsibilities and consequences are an attempt to "nip in the bud" what has recently appeared to be escalating spiral of "ad hominiem" (sp?) attacks rather than a discussion of differing opinions.

While this board has had an overall positive view of MEO and their prospects, I don't feel that there has been overt pumping (as if by a day trader). It is also MHO that anyone who wants to bash a stock should get in their one good dig and then move on. I can't fathom why someone would bash a stock day after day on any board (unless they wanted to drive out weak hands so they could buy).

I never joined SH because of the pumping, the bashing and the distasteful attacks (not the mention the inane conversations that went on and on - often seemingly between one person with numerous non de plumes). I even stopped reading it as soon as I found Agoracom.

This board for MEO may be one of the best forums for any stock. Let's keep it that way!
