If they issued another 700,000 shares to raise 7 million, it would dilute the stock by about 35%. So the sp would have to sink to .065 cents to reflect this. USUALLY, price swings go too far, in both directions, so it could sink lower than that. In my opinion, the only thing they can do/should do is finish the most productive well, probably #2, and pay as they go for everything else. I believe the sp would slowly climb; the whole project would take longer, but it´s the only way to do it and be fair to the shareholders. The thing is - the Big thing is - do they care about the shareholders?
