Any company that just reports their 10 Q, 10 K, etc. is going out of business because they don't give current and prospective stockholders enough infomation to determine if they should buy or hold the shares. Show me one successful company that only reports those reports. You won't find one. A company that only reports those forms will have a stock price of .06 or .07 and will eventually go out of business because no one will want to own that stock. You know a company like that? I do, MEO
