it has been suggested that one of the partners is waffling or having problems raising their share of $$$ to continue,,,if this is the case for the long wait do you know if MEO still has to wait for them in order to issue an NR? Could MEO issue the NR informing shareholders that this is the reason? I can't see the company that is having difficulty being able to say "you cannot issue an NR saying we are the reason for the wait"...

anyone know the in's & out's in this kind of scenario?
