Looks like about 50,000,000 shares in the 3 parts of the PP and another 50,0000,000 in warrants for a total dilution of 33% (200,000,000 plus 100,000,000 = 300,000,000 shares fully diluted). That is discouraging - especially at these prices.

One would think that is was on purpose. Maybe the people that talk about insiders "papering" themselves are really onto something.

Hopefully, they have finally "gotten their fill" and are ready to commence production.
