It appears that it suited management to be able to fund the PP at the lower share price so that they (and their friends and relatives) could load up cheap. I can find no logical reason why a PP wasn't done at the zenith of the SP rather than the nadir.

If wish that I had been able to share in the PP because it sure will pay off big after the production begins.
