I agree Rgrowden an absolute shame.

The more I think about it and the longer this goes on I'm starting to believe the recent stock price is not to benefit the insiders with cheap paper of the latest PP. And here is why:

As insiders they(mgmt et al) should know that with each additional PP the long term SP is reduced. Simple dilution.

If they were convinced they have the elephant, and more importantly can get it out of the ground. this dilution would make no sense. If they know the goods and extraction were just a matter of time, just purchase them on the open market. we're at .06 cents come on!. I hold other juniors were the insiders are going in every once and while and picking up shares. with this recent junior market not even insider purchases are spiking SP's

I can draw no other conclusion then they did not anticipate the elephant to be this difficult to find and/or extract.

they need more cash to TRY to make it happen.

Sure hope I'm wrong but judging from the SP and vol as of late I'm pretty sure this is where the majority of the street is at.
