milestone - Not necessarily although it would be nice. Indeed if we actually litigate and bring this to trial then $100 million would be very cheap, but settlemnt money is considerably less in most cases. I`d be happy with a total settlement of $150 - $200 million between the J3. Higher numbers would require validation in a court of law IMO. Of course I could be wrong, we`ll see.
