That is becasue of uncertainty, if everyone knew for sure that more deals would be make and booked, sure the P/E would be higher, however it is not certain that we will get another deal for the whole next quarter. If no deal, then there would be no earnings to calculate a P/E ratio. We would show negitive for the quarter. I came to believe we are running about 18 for a P/E, when we are on the watch for the next big announcement. I also rememebered a .06 figure diluted.(I my be wrong ) that`s at 1.08, where I think we should be at right now. Now one can forcast how long it will be before the J3 issue is settled or if the other companies are waiting on that or the Markman Hearing.

What if that is a year out? Then 1.08 would way high. I sold at 1.27 and was sacred to not be in, worred about a deal at any time, so I bought some at 1.08 and , like a dumb xxx, I chased it up to 1.19 and bought back the rest, I could have done much better to wait.....but If I did, we would have made a deal.

Just ask Moxa1, I believe she did the same thing, and was scared just like me , to not be holding a position.
