Would it be legal for a company who knows that it is going to settle to by stock in PTSC right before the settle?

Could the three Japan companies be buying now at this price knowing the writing is on the wall? AMD bought in, that was a very smart move on their part< IMO..

So, we have S and L, Fish, TPL, and AMD already holding, could we be seening companies like Fuji, HP and Casio buying? And Toshiba and the like, would they , could they?

Could the trading float become smaller and smaller?

I wonder if it is legal for them to buy in before the settle?
