I like in Arkansas and I`m in the car business, I`ve talked to WinRock , he is in the business here as well(among other things...LOL) and he is a real nice guy. He was to be our next Governor but he got sick and is working that out. Would be interesting if I run into him again to ask him about PTSC, (which Rockefeller were you refering to?)
