If you have access to pacer...perhaps you can recall the scheduling document that was posted here a few weeks ago. What was the court due date for damage calculations ??

It was originally Aug 17th then changed I thought to Aug 27th...which is today.....but that`s from memory.....can you verify? ARM may have surfaced now as a result of the damage calcs...
