As Patriot Scientific accumulates capital resulting from licensing revenues, the company is ready to implement the next phase of its strategic plan and is now evaluating possible opportunities to diversify its revenue stream by entering into joint ventures or by acquiring other companies and technologies......
..Consistent with our business plan, we are also evaluating potential acquisition opportunities that would provide value and an additional revenue stream.
What will Pohl & Turley do? According to the last few PRs, a gigantic decision about the future & the direction PTSC will embark upon is about to be made. What say will we have in this decision? Any? Are Pohl & Turley a competent enough combination to make the correct decision/s for us, and then to follow thru on the running of whatever new form PTSC may morph into?
The TPL & TT&C litigation discussions are important, but neither we nor PTSC have any control at all with what they do or will do.. TPL is a source of tremendous income for PTSC.. but they have nothing to do with the decisions as to what will be done with those tens of millions, or possiblly hundreds of millions $$ management of PTSC will have to deal with.
The spot light is now brightly on Pohl & Turley as they 'implement the next phase of [our] strategic plan'... How will they respond?? Will they make the correct moves?
This is the most important decision staring PTSC, its management & its shareholders in the face. TPL licensing & TT&C litigation are really out PTSC's hands. PTSC shareprice will depend on this decision.
