Your prediction about the importance of the near term decisions make sense. IMO, the BOD will be involved at a fairly high level of involvment as any merger / buy out will be second guessed to the max if not a complete and short term success. As for, PTSC shareprice will depend on this decision; I think the J3 and TPL will have a hand in the shareprice for the next year or so. John
