Screening PTSC news releases, no information being leaked until quarterly reports are due and , etc and what I see are no delegation, control freaks. I think TPL is busy now and has not had the time to negoiate contracts. I don't see them assigning that task to anyone and I don't care who they have hired recently.It ain't going to happen, If the legal team is busy with the court case, negoiations will have to wait. JMHO.
