I disagree completely. TPL is the negotiator (with Mac leading the way, I believe). Phoenix is simply the vehicle through which the revenues flow and distributions are made to the two half owners. The management teams of TPL and the "candidates" will generally do the negotitating, and once they have an agreed outline of the settlement then the attorneys become involved to simply reduce it to writing and make sure everything has been covered appropriately. That is the way I see it -- FWIW.
