I apologize if this has already been answered/discussed: Does anyone believe there is a chance that the J3 will still settle? I'm certainly not an expert in these matters but it looks (to me) like the J3 are digging in for a fight. I'm guessing that the J3 have already spent a significant amount of money on legal fees. If they were thinking of settling with us, why not get it over with and just settle? Why keep fighting and more importantly, "spending lots of $$$$" if settling is were a possibility? It just doesn't make sense (to me) that they would even contemplate settling considering how far they have come and what they have spent.
