I agree moto. May I make a suggestion? I suggest that the BOD consider creating a "business development" board member whose job it would be to push the company forward into existing and/or new areas. I believe that its definitely time to consider starting to clean up the redundancies (2 S & L members, 2 Falk members...and Turley) on the BOD or add a new member and start looking to a new future for the company.
