I believe the last 10K showed aprox 50 mil S&L warrants remaining... down significantly from, if memory serves, 70-80mil

Cleaning up the warrant issue, I believe, would be a neccesity prior to certain speculated occurances to take place..

I certainly hope we are seeing the effects of warrant conversion (> than 2 mil/month) and concournt share selling by S&L... that I would understand & accept
