you are correct that the market has no way to value this company. if it was a strategic move by the BOD to allow TPL to control (to the word) the pr's which does not allow us to report dollar amounts, then i feel it was another bad decision. if the bod felt that TPL was best to handle all aspects of the MMP arm of the company, then the BOD needs to show that they are capable of running the company. their is no strategy at ptsc.....they have never been requuired to do anything in the past other than approve the issuing of warrants to S&L. so please point out what the brain trust at ptsc has actually done to promote the company. one of the few things they have done is hired pr teams and do you actually like the pr we receive? this is all my opinion of course, but you need to step back and examine what ptsc has done as opposed to what tpl has done. the first few signings were met with the exhuberance one would have expected. we had volume and the price moved steadily north to $2. after the shareholder meeting, even the much awaited news of signing SONY found the stock trending downward. why? all we have had is good news, revenue, and no debt, yet we trade downward. IMO, the curtain was pulled back at the shareholder meeting and what wall street saw (rightfully so) was an inept management group. the stock trades lower because there is no faith in ptsc management. to the outside investor we look like a shell company for S&L. the BOD needs to be revamped.
