Something to consider: IF IF IF my speculation is correct and there is an intelligent "master plan" in play (warrant conversion/S&L selling and PTSC buying), the lack of PR would obviously support that plan (i.e., be an integral part).

This just "fuels my fire", because if my specualtion is way off, YOU are very right - there is something seriously wrong with this picture. So your "why else" may be answered.... It isn't necessarily about investor confidence in the company, but in the short term PPS, which drops with every announcement (or doesn't respond as one would expect). So IF S&L are selling into the news, stagnating the PPS/preventing a surge, people aren't investing due to the expected near term outcome (nada) based on recent experience.

Well, I'm doing a real fine job on convincing myself that my speculation is on target. But remember, I'm the guy who thinks our P/E multiple should be 50!
