Sedley,
IMO you are underestimating him. Yes it does take proven business visionary to step into the board, however, from reading his past posts, both opinions and suggestions, he seems very intelligent and business minded something we are severely lacking in our current BOD. Never met him but his posts over the years also prove to ME that he has more drive to see this company succeed than any of our past and present BOD members. We can bring the most high profile board member on but if he/she lacks the drive to make this a success then their appointment is pointless. If it were a possibility my shares and confidence are behind him. Remember we need almost the whole board replaced if anyone is going to take us seriously. I cannot stress enough that this is no longer a company that depends on issuing convertible debentures and warrants to pay management and BOD members salaries without being held accountable for results. The BOD must be held accountable for any decisions/results or lack there of at minimum since TPL began generating revenue for us. This is a different company and a different company needs to be run differently.
