i do not think the market is waiting on the court case.  litigation was also the scenario when amd, intel, hp, fuji signed and that shot us to over $2 on nice volume.  the market, imo, has no faith in the decisions that ptsc has chosen since the revenue came in.  they paid the treasury out to their warrant holder and issued themselves options.  you can almost chart the decline in shareprice to the sharehholder meeting.  if you cant handle a discussion then maybe this board is not for you.
